USPS Priority/FedEx Express Shipping

Orders with expeditied shipping (any option other than Ecomony Ground) must be placed before 3 p.m. Mountain Standard Time to ship the same day. All other orders will ship the following business day.

If FedEx Saturday delivery/shipping is needed please CALL 480-588-6355 to place your order over the phone.

FedEx options for Alaska and Hawaii cannot be guaranteed by FedEx to arrive overnight or 2nd day.

 

Product Availability

Most orders will ship the same day. However, we appreciate your patience with any possible delays.

 

Disclaimers and Suggested Practices

We are happy to provide assistance with order processing and answering your questions.

We highly recommend testing products prior to its intended use. We also strongly suggest wearing the proper safety equipment and using products in well-ventilated areas.

All Powders / Pearls / Pigments which contain Dyes or colorants may be subject to fading over prolonged UV Exposure.

Didspade cannot take responsibility for customer's final results. It is the customer's sole responsibility to test products prior to the intended use to determine the final results.

Didspade takes zero responsibility or liability for the process, usage or end results of our products.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions you release Didspade from any liability regarding the result or results from using the products sold on our website.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items NOT eligible for return

Items sold in plastic bags are NOT eligible for return/refund because there is no way for us to determine if bags were opened or tampered with.

Items sold in jars without original seal cannot be accepted for return/refund because we cannot determine is contents were used or tampered with.

Clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.Orders placed during sales/promotions are final.
